Diversified Vaporizer Line


Azeovaire Steam Heated
A160S to A4400S (160 to 4400 GPH)

Liquid LPG enters the vaporizer shell and comes in contact with the tube bundle; boiling of the LPG results.  Heat is transferred from the steam to the liquid LPG, which then vaporizes.  The steam condenses as heat is removed and accumulates in the condensate chamber in the base of the vaporizer.  A steam trap drains condensate automatically without wasting steam.
  • Class I, Div. 1, Group D
  • Heat exchanger fabricated in accordance with ASME pressure vessel code, Section VIII, Div. 1
  • Fully insulated.

Azeovaire Circulating Hot Water
A160W to A4400W (160 to 4400 GPH)

algas16.jpg (5994 bytes) Hot water from an external hot water source provides the thermal energy necessary for LPG vaporization.

Liquid LPG enters the vaporizer shell and comes in contact with the tube bundle.  Heat is transferred from the water to the liquid LPG, which then vaporizes.

  • Heat exchanger fabricated in accordance with ASME pressure vessel code, Section VIII, Div. 1
