The Exothermics Method: Every Customer is Treated Individually

It's no accident that the first Exothermics heat exchanger, installed in 1976, is still operating and generating a return. It's not surprising that, frequently, Exothermics is called on to replace its competitors' defective or worn-out equipment with its own heat exchangers. That's because every Exothermics heat exchanger is custom-made with the very best materials to custom-fit the application.

It begins at the first query. The question usually asked by prospective customers is: "What's the right heat recovery unit for our situation?" Utilizing Exothermics-designed software, specifications for air temperatures, volumes, hours of operation and fuel costs are run through the company's NTU-total enthalpy heat recovery computer program. The result is an application analysis that provides several options relating to efficiency, pressure drop and return on investment. With this information, all the guesswork has been eliminated; the right heat recovery unit can be selected with complete confidence.

Exothermics heat exchangers, compactly built, are crafted from durable stainless steel, aluminum or other exotic alloys. The quality of these materials, coupled with sound, state-of-the-art welding and other innovative manufacturing techniques, is what makes the Exothermics unit so incredibly efficient, resilient and maintenance free. Every heat exchanger design is laboratory tested to ensure it meets design specifications and performance expectations. Delivery schedules are rigidly met. Follow-up service and technical support are as important as any sale. At Exothermics, the end goal is simple: build satisfying, long-term relationships with every customer.
